Civic Educator · Equity Strategist ·Executive Systems Coach

To have a village,
you must be a
good villager.

I help mission-driven leaders and organizations build, grow, and win in hostile spaces. I coach high-achieving leaders, especially Black, queer, and marginalized executives, to hold power without collapse and build careers that are durable by design.

Over A Decade Of Practice

Equity as an operating system, not a values statement.

For fifteen years I've helped leaders and organizations turn equity from a values statement into an operating system. The work is personal, structural, and unapologetic, because that's what actually moves people.

Nobody rises alone. Somebody village'd you first. I help you build the kind of leadership that returns the favor.

For Leaders

1:1 executive coaching, the Leadership Durability Framework, and keynotes for leaders navigating real structural exposure.

For Organizations

My firm for organizations moving through change: fractional People & Culture leadership, culture assessments, manager training, and workplace mediation.

For Communities and Movements

The Tampa Bay based civic organization I co-founded in 2023. JOE builds the leadership and civic infrastructure that marginalized leaders, advocates, and communities across Florida need to last, through the CLDI Cohorts, The Village, and Good People Good Trouble.

Why I Built This Practice

It's Structural, so the work is too.

I watched too many brilliant, over-performing leaders, especially Black women and Queer leaders, internalized systemic exposure as personal failure. That's not a problem you fix with confidence tips. So i built work that treats it as structural: naming the glass cliff, mapping the exposure, and building durability that survives contact with a real biased, volatile market

Equity isn't a program. It's Infrastructure.

Rest isn't a reward for surviving. It's a condition for leading well.

Burnout isn't a personal failing. It's a shared crisis.

No one is truly free until all of us are.
